The Journey of Your Order - Step by Step

Handling (Within 24 Hours on Business Days)

Your order is packed and prepared for shipment the same day, or by the next business day at the latest.

Delivery with PostNord (1–3 Business Days)

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. From there, PostNord usually delivers it to your chosen pickup point within 1–3 business days.

Pickup

Your package will always be delivered to a PostNord service point or Parcel Box – never directly to your mailbox. You’ll be notified via the PostNord app or SMS when it’s ready for pickup.

Don’t forget your ID: Bring valid identification when collecting your package.

Pick up on time: Packages remain at the pickup point for 7 days before being returned to us.


Full Control with the PostNord App

For the best experience, we recommend using the PostNord app. There you can:

  • Track your package in real time.
  • Change the pickup point before your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Select a different service point or switch to/from a Parcel Box.
